You have a VERY good setup with the istick 30 and Nautilus Mini. I am rocking an istick40tc.
These ECigs has been a real God send to help people get off the Stinkies.
Later on as you gain experience you may consider going to an RDA or RTA and making your own ejuice. Where you control the VG and PG ratio and nicotine levels. I am completely Stinkie free and my nic level has gone from 18 mg to 2 mg.
No prob. We have all been there and like to help newbies.
You went the right way straight to vaping instead of puffing on Blu, Mark Ten, etc.
Yesterday I was talking to a chain smoker buying cheap cigarettes at a local Indian reservation. I suggested vaping and was flat told "I can't afford it" I showed her my rig the Goblin Mini and my istick40 TC. She was stunned that my tank cost $20 and my istick40tc cost $40 and said there was cheaper batteries and all were rechargeable. If she wanted in cheap as possible she could start with the X6 battery and a GSH2 tank cheaply as $11, she was burning twice that much every day in cigarettes. Then she said. "Oh that's just as bad as cigarettes" I said that's not possible because cigarettes has 4-7 thousand chemicals this ejuice only has 4 chemicals VG, PG, nicotine, and flavor, she was stunned when I told her that 90+% of ejuice was used in food products every day.
I hope she will think it over and let me get her a kit going.
I think as people get off the Stinkies their taste buds come back and a perception of better flavor.
That seems to be a problem of mine, picking the right juice... I went straight to dessert flavors, should I go with tobacco flavors
I didn't. I don't think I would have been able to go from 18 to 2 mg if I had gone tobacco flavors
I would go flavors I like and when the nic in the juice didn't satisfy the craving I would vape then distract my mind with a small trest. Low cal hard candy. After a day or two my body was acclimated to getting the nic from the juice.
As I said earlier, I'm new to this too. At first, I asked shop owners for the most sold or most popular vape juice they had, and I read reviews on Reddit and at least three forums, this, being the best forum that I can find. I bought just under 2,000ml in one month, and I'm probably going to be selling 1/3 of the juices that I bought for a discount to other vapers that live near me. Say two or three bottles at 30ml for $15 to $20, and replace them with more appealing juices.
My goal is to go back to the best vape shops here in Chicago and take a lot of batteries. At least 5 to 6, and vape ALL the samples at the store. I might walk out with 1, 5, 10, 15 new juices...but I know what I am looking at and they'll be great.
I'm in now. This is my community and it is very friendly, informative, and soon, I'll be giving back to others.

If you have an Atlantis II, open both bottom air intakes and close the top air intake on the drip tip mouthpeice and bitterness will receed slightly. It's probably just me, but I eat yogurt and it does not even taste like unflavored vanilla, yet it is not a terrible vape at all. Don't expect Yoplait. (GRADE: C+ overall)

Ahlusion: One thing I just discovered about the Caramel Pear White Tea is that it is a palate cleaner for me. When my fav vape starts to lose it's zing, I grab the CPWT and a few vapes later my other flavor is right back
Ahlusion: If you want a more chocolate-forward mint-chocolate flavor, try Peppermint Bark.
Tsnunami "tobacco" 18mg and Dekang Mar-bor-o 18 - stick with Dekang mostly just because it works.

Congrats man! I've been cigarette free for 6 months. My first attempt to quit and vape failed, that was a couple years ago. I tried again 6 months and a week ago. Smoked about 1 or 2 cigs a day for a week and never picked up another cigarette again. I tried so many different companies and their E-liquid, took me a good month to find my favorites. When I first started vaping everyone told me to stay away from tobacco flavors because it reminds you of smoking. I'm sure it's different for each person though. I'm a dessert flavor person... My favorite places are Virgin Vapor and Velvet Cloud. They are all natural and organic mostly 100% VG but the throat hit is good. Virgin Vapors Death by Chocolate is my favorite. Velvet Cloud my favorite is Night Shift... Since vaping my lungs feel better, things taste better, I'm sure you've heard it all. Good news is, the thought of smoking is gone....I'd rather vape any day of the week. The transition from smoking to vaping can be a bit difficult but so worth it in the end. I've only been active on this site for a week but everyone here has been very helpful. Any questions you have, you'll get answers here. The Vets here are very informative.

Depends on the juice, but for me, I usually run the Nautilus Mini between 13 and 15 Watts. Lately, with 50/50 juices I've been running at 13 Watts.
I also have he istick 30 with a nautilus mini its a nice set up, i also have the istick 40tc. i wish the nautilus had a better air flow its still to tight of a draw for me. I like the eleaf gs air tank better it has better air flow for me and better flavor. i vape high vg juice
