I got mod parts from MadVapes...bought my nic from Xtreme.
I've been waiting this week to save $ for Vapefest toast, I'm hoping there'll be good deals there -- and I really want to get some Dulce Le Leche to make that french silk cake batter, I don't know how much longer I can hold out!
And I still haven't mixed anything, still a little apprehensive

Heh, I know the feeling. It's about to get expensive for me too. I decided to go with the 901 atty idea for my mom and husband so I got 2 of those. Then I picked up a couple of packs of carts for those. (Mind you, I just bought 4 packs of Coolcarts for me last week.)
Then as I'm checking out, I realize I probably better pick up another KR808 battery in case I need to leave a couple with my mom. Then I notice the passthrough that I've been dying to try. Ugh, so much for the next couple weeks of juice.
Ah well, the bonus is that mom can get a bit of nicotine and the motion while she's in the hospital. If she doesn't take it up and hubby doesn't either, I'll be trading off some 901 attys and carts.
Now to go figure out how these attys work. I've always ignored those conversations since they weren't applicable. Guess it's time to learn about blowing out an atty and filling carts.

I got my first 901 atty a few days ago and man I love it, especially on the KR808 batts. There is a bit of a learning curve though...

Also, I ended up canceling the big order once I got a hold of David at FSUSA. He's setting me up with some attys and carts in my current juice order that's getting read to ship to the folks. He's just a fantastic, fantastic guy!
Well ya know.....that's kinda the way I look at it sometimes. It's kinda like buying an insurance policy against smokin. I figure the more I spend the less likely the chance I'll light up......although at this point I just like vaping more than I ever did smoking 26 years. Maybe at some point the novelty wears.....but Imma do my best to be done with those darn things for good this time!
lol I'm not the one to ask. It's all trial an error at this point. However I did manage to kill my first atty after about an hour and then brought it back to life yesterday.
So yes, that means I have strange and mystical powers.... (cue creepy music... here)
That is my reasoning also (or so I'm telling myself). DIY juice to save money, and modding for the same reason...buying a couple 14550 batts are much cheaper than buying a Riva batt.
Not to mention if for some reason a certain agency decides to push our stuff into the gray/black market, I'll be better prepared to fend for myself.

I got a lil worried myself, a few months back and started stocking up on Nic, nic, nic (Levy's juice kicks it!) and flavors, attys, etc. Went a little overboard .. but y'all are right, I feel much better being prepared! And it's way less than I've spent on those nasty paper cigs.

The only one I can think of is nic juice. But then it'll just be sold as "Organic Pesticide". Besides that, I guess atty's are the only parts we can't build ourselves.

What I don't get AT ALL, is why an atty would be 'banned'.?? I've seen upteen pipes and phara at every gas station corner, so how is an atty any different??
So, have you gotten in any of your DIY stuff yet? It's lots of fun! I think the hardest part for me is that I have so many recipes in my head, but it takes longer than you think to perfect one juice before you can move onto another. Oh, I saw that you needed some cinn. red hots. I have some if you still need it. And do you need any other flavors? Let me know.
