I was wondering if it's legal to ship out vaping gear from phuket thailand to the United States or not? I have a pal who is moving and can't keep his old gear so I offered to pay for shipping and take it off of his hands. Is this legal and how would he go about mailing it?

I would imagine it would be legal. What would be the difference between this and shipping between the US and GB?
As long as it is legal for him to send it USA wont care, I biy gear from all over the world. Siam mods is in tailand and have had a couple things from them.

Should be legal. It will of course have to go thru customs. The juice may be a problem not sure on that.
Alright thanks. Does anyone know or not for certain or not the juice is a problem, because if it risks everything I can just have him throw Away what he doesn't want.
