Express shipping 3-4 days, yeah sure... International rants

#5-US$65.55 2/19/2012 - 1rst class DHL $25.25 - 3 - 4 days (Medium kit with wet carts + accessory's) #4-US$55.78 2/17/2012 - 2nd class DHL $19.75 - 5 to 6 days (Medium kit with wet carts + accessory's) #3-US$126.91 2/17/2012 - 1rst class DHL $37.15 -3 to 4 days (Deluxe kit wet carts and fluid) #2-US$26.23 2/16/2012 - 3rd class DHL $14.25 -7 to 9 days (Fluid and wet carts) #1-US$54.93 2/15/2012- Cheap regular shipping $6:50 -2 to 5 weeks (Simple kit with wet carts)

Orders 2, 3, and 4 are currently under Clearance delay in SHENZHEN.
Order 5 just recently got picked up in by DHL but is just sitting, waiting to be processed in SHANGHAI.
So orders 2, 3, 4, and 5 with express shipping are STILL SITTING IN CHINA

Order #1 sent snail mail left the transit office of exchange on the 19th and is currently in transit.
I'm a little confused, what is all that shipping money and split order for if they can't even get it out of the country?.
I paid with Pay pal so I've got some insurance and have already ordered a back-up from a Canadian vendor.

Hopefully it all works out, in hind-site Local or even US suppliers would have been much easier/faster and not much more money.

lol i remember ordering a scale off ebay from china, 2 months later was fed up of waiting for it and thought it was lost somewhere. Ordered one off Amazon from canada, scale got here in 2 days, scale from china arrived at the same time... lol

According to the shippers paperwork I ordered Vegetable Glycerin and connectors from United Excel Technology Lt, could be parts for a wicked computer liquid cooling setup.

You will never get an order from China in 3-4 days. You'll never even get one in a week. It generally takes about 3-4 weeks. How did you actually expect 3-4 days?

I've received computer parts in 7 days from China. Depends on the service. To Canada by air with no issues 4 to 5 business days. By land (sea), you're right 4 to 6 weeks.

I've made the mistake of paying for "faster" shipping from China, and didnt get it any faster than the regular shipping price. One thing I did wrong recently, was make 3 seperate orders in one night, with the same company, simply because I saw somthing after I made the 1st order, that I wanted. Did that 3 times in about 20 mins.

It's funny how once you order somthing online, you just anxiously wait each day for your stuff to show up.

I have 9 different orders from 6 different vendors that I'm currently waiting for.

Patience is a virtue I guess.

You don't have to tell PayPal what you ordered. Item not recieved workflow is:
Tracking number -> Does it get you the address if yes close it, if no refund it
No tracking -> Refund it

However, if it was a significantly not as described claim, this would be interesting. For example, they didn't send your juice, sent the wrong kit, or an empty box. You would then have to declare what you were supposed to get.

Orders #2, 3, and 4 have been bumped from "clearance delay" to "on hold"
I am gonna think positive and assume they are just waiting for the plane to load/ paper work to finish because as far as I can tell, this is good transition.

I bought a pack on analogs right before starting my shift, horrible things, my throat is horse and my sinuses are filled with crud, short trips up a flight of stairs make my heart pound as I try to catch my breath, I can smell my fingers even at arms length, my bottom teeth are stained with a disgusting film that toothpaste can't scrub, sleep apnea is ruining my mind, I don't want to die this way.


I am psyched and absolutely determined, no matter how bad the first few vapes are I am going to make this work, I am going to see my children grow up, this is going to happen and nothing will stop me..

Not true. The fastest I have received an order from China was in 4 business days. Order placed and processed on Tuesday, and it got here on the following Monday. It was in Vancouver on Friday, processed and left Vancouver on Friday..then the weekend interrupted. This was via EMS.

What they said...very, very little ever arrives from China in under three weeks. The ONLY exception I've ever experienced was with orders from a camera accessories place that I've bought stuff from several times. I've had the goods in as little as 72 hours, although on average it takes 4-5 days. I have no idea WHAT they do to make it happen, but they're consistently faster than ordering the same goods from B&H photo in New York. Cheaper too. a LOT cheaper

We feel very bad to write this email, Shanghai customs are still inspecting the parcels strictly. DHL required us to send limited DHL shipments every day from Feb 23. Meanwhile, they can not collect shipments some days. This worse situation will last until they find new solution to ship out e-cigarette parcels.

In such situation, we have to change our DHL shipping schedule:

1. We need line up all paid orders according to the time you pay it. We will ship out them in time sequence. Thus, we are unable to give you the correct time to ship out your order. We appreciate your understanding.

2. DHL informed us that it is impossible to ship orders on Feb 24. So:

Orders paid between noon 12:00am, Feb 22 to 7:10:34am, Feb 23 will sent out on Feb 27.

Orders paid after 7:10:34am, Feb 23 will stand in line to ship out in time sequence, we estimated that there will be 2-4 business days delay.

3. Generally, our DHL orders are more than DHL's limited amount everyday, so in order to minimize the orders on line and delay time, we don't accept requirement to send via DHL for orders lower than 10kg (spare parts and e-liquid placed separately) from 19:00pm, Feb 23, except Germany, Greece, Finland, Canada whose EMS orders is hard to clear destination customs, South Africa and Netherlands who can only use DHL for wholesale. Except those countries, we will send lower than 10kg EMS orders via EMS within 24 hours in business days.

If you place several orders in the same day, we will combine them directly. You must leave an order message if you don't want it. If you want to use EMS, please do leave an order message "EMS".

4. In this special time, we don't accept order adjustment. If you want to cancel your order, please inform us 24 hours in advance for us to arrange the line. The reason is that sometimes we will pack the order and send to DHL to wait for shipping in advance.

I ordered a back up from a Canadian supplier and it has arrived at my doorstep less then 24 hours after ordering it.


It tastes great, my only complaint is that I want more/thicker vapor, poor 510 can't keep up, mods will be in order.

My other orders are still showing "on hold" meh, I got some vapes going, I can be patient.

I can't say that I've ordered that many times from China, but the few times that I've used EMS, they been pretty spot on about 5 days on average. The delay if it occurs happens in customs or locally at the post office. Maybe I've just been lucky. One thing though, I do not order from there anywhere close to or after one of their big holidays.
