Anyone have experience with this one? I just pulled the trigger on it. Vapinart.com just went live selling them. Literally. 12pm to be exact, so they should still be in stock. Just shear dumb luck that I was at their site when they went live. I've heard it get mentioned in some kayfun discussions, so I figured I'd give it a whirl...

It was cheaper then a genuine Kayfun Lite, so I figured I'd go for it. No tools for refilling or airflow control. It may wind up being my husbands though, as Father's Day is coming up. He loves the vape from his Kayfun style tank, but needs me to refill and and adjust airflow. He's afraid of it. So, perhaps he'll like this. I'll still need to build his coils, but it's simple enough to wick with cotton, and he may be able to handle that.

You may want to check with them and make sure you are getting one with the upgraded spring. I know they were having issue with them, and were sending out new springs when they came in.

They said on their website it's the newest one with an updated 510 connection. I'm assuming that that means they ones they have in stock are the ones where the issue with the spring was fixed. I hope so anyway, as hubby won't like needing to mess with it. I think I WILL wind up giving this to him for father's day. It's just perfect for him. He loves the Kayfun taste, but I'm sure he'd like something he could fill on his own when he gets low on juice. The additional syringe type bottle tips needed for Kayfun filling just has him waiting until I get home. Also, he's never bothered to try adjusting airflow on his Kayfun style tank because you need a screwdriver. He's afraid of the thing I think. This doesn't need the extra tools that the Kayfun needs, so maybe, he'll even work up enough bravery to replace his cotton on his own! A girl can dream...

I've never used a syringe to fill my kayfun, I always just .... my bottle up to the hole and fill it. Tell him to try that, it couldn't be easier!

He's currently using a 3.1, not a Lite. He had a bad experience with a lite. The center post arrived wonky, and though I'd be able to get it running eventually, it always wound up failing him and not firing while I wasn't home to fix it. I tried to go over how to top fill the 3.1, but his eyes would glaze over as I was going over "... and cover this hole with this finger..." He hands it to me when it's empty. If it winds up going empty while I'm not home, he relies on his Mini Protanks on an iTaste VV until I get home. His Provari doesn't have ego threading, and we don't have an adaptor yet. It really sucks for him when the Kayfun runs out of fluid. Means that not only is he out of a better topper, he's also stuck with the VVv3's. For ego sized devices, they're great, but they aren't the Provari.

The expromiser opens up like a normal thank. Just turn it over and unscrew the top, fill it, screw it back on, turn it over and vape.

The airflow also adjusts without tools. Loosen the base and turn the ring. tighten the base. It's like the nautilus except you can't move it unless you partially unscrew the base. I always screw with the airflow on the nautilus when I put it on.

I have one and love it. The deck and wicking are like the kayfun but anytime you want you turn it over and take the top off. Easy to refill and you can easily get at your build.

Kayfun got the wicking right and the expromiser got the open it up while it has juice in it and the airflow adjustment right.

Good. As long as it performs like a Kayfun. Should be ideal for hubby. He always winds up taking hand me down vape gear. Never gets new vape stuff. Not because I never want to buy him anything. Largely because he never tells me he wants it. "I'm fine with this" is pretty much his answer to anything I offer to buy him. Then, when he tries whatever I'm using and decides he likes it he "borrows" it and never returns it. The one time I insisted on buying him something nice (Provari) he stalked the mail for it like I typically do. That's how I really know he's more interested then he lets on. Just doesn't want to say it so he can keep his cool kid card. This is all too techie and geeky for him to admit to liking. All we have are clones Kayfuns at the moment. He'll have the only authentic topper in the house. This should please him, along with my promise to keep building his coils.

I love mine. Had it a couple weeks now. Received new centre pin direct from Germany the other day, haven't installed it yet. It's a very nice vape. I have a genuine Kayfun Lite Plus as well, and I do love it, but my ADV has been in the eXpromizer since I received it. I have it wicked up with CelluCotton and it's working amazing. Filling it or the KFL+ is about the same to me, I top fill my KFL+. One advantage is being able to get to the build deck on the eXpromizer without emptying it out. It holds a ton of juice, and in extended mode you need a tanker to fill it up, it's massive. Looks quite silly on a provari mini.

Hopefully it won't look so silly on a full size. I got his Provari off the classies cheap because he was so used to variable watt, I didn't think he'd take to the Provari and the one button menu. Ends up, the Provari's menu made more sense to him then the VVv3. When he somehow accidentally set the VVv3 to volts insteads of watts, he didn't know how to change it back. He started using my pink mini at night, while I slept and got used to the menu that way I think. If not for it being pink, he'd have taken it for sure. He started whining about his VVv3's dying anyway. I think he was actually considering a wrap to cover the pink if I didn't pick up on the clues that he wanted one. You see, this is how he upgrades his gear. He whines and whines until I loan him mine, and then just keeps it. Didn't think he'd actually try for a pink device, which is the reason I got it in pink. But he was, and I could tell, so I grabbed a cheap one from the classies to see how he'd do with it. Also grabbed myself another mini in the color I REALLY wanted while I was at it. Shinyitis has me in its grip.

will a provari ring work? if so it would indeed look a lot better.

seems so odd that your the vape builder and not the husband. its totally the opposite here. my wife is the one that hasn't a clue about any of the vape stuff, i always do her coils and such. and its funny, she doesn't even care about the taste that much, she vapes all my reject juices, all the nasty stuff i purchased and didn't like. every now and then i will check her device and vape it, a lot of the time i almost puck because of the burnt taste, i say cant you tell your coil is totally gunked up? she will say i thought it tasted a little funny.i guess as long as she's off cigs she's happy

My wife was pretty hands-off for awhile but now she'll at least do the coil-wicking for me as I rebuild 7, 8 PT2 heads in a batch. Now that I've figured out how to do it with a drill, it should go even faster and with better coils!

Oh, my husband can unfortunately tell when his coils need to be changed. He just won't do it. Says he'll learn to build when I learn to cook and hands me whatever topper needs maintenance. I'll be building his coils for the rest of our lives. I can't cook at all, and it's doubly nerve wracking to practice because he's a chef. My best will NEVER be as good as what his worst is in the kitchen. Besides, he enjoys cooking obviously, and I enjoy building so it's a good arrangement.

I can tell he's a bit annoyed with me getting all the shiny new stuff though. He gets my left overs. Not planned this way by any means. In fact, it's largely his fault, as he'll deny any interest in this until his dying breath. That Provari however, was glued to his hand and he stalked that mail like any hobbyist vaper would. So much so that his father, who live on the other side of our two family house noticed him at the mail box enough to actually hand deliver him the package when it arrived and hubby missed it. Having the only genuine topper should be a worthy present. One that hasn't been used previously by me. One that isn't a "cheap". He hates the little issues from the clone Kayfuns. "Why do I get the cheap stuff!!" I try to explain I only get the cheap stuff for myself save for the Provari. I'm still buying him the "cheap stuff" in his head though.

i guess its a great trade off for the cooking thing and like you i just enjoy all this vape stuff. i also love cooking, just like coil building, im very creative in the kitchen also. i have had many mods thru the years, probably bought and sold 30 or so, but one mod i will always hold onto is my polished provari which they don't even make anymore. it is a solid device and very reliable.
