My wife was pretty hands-off for awhile but now she'll at least do the coil-wicking for me as I rebuild 7, 8 PT2 heads in a batch. Now that I've figured out how to do it with a drill, it should go even faster and with better coils!

I hope he'll get to the rewicking part at the least with this topper. He knows how to dry burn Protank coils, so I imagine he'll be able to handle removing the cotton, dry burn, replace with fresh cotton, and fill tank.

i guess its a great trade off for the cooking thing and like you i just enjoy all this vape stuff. i also love cooking, just like coil building, im very creative in the kitchen also. i have had many mods thru the years, probably bought and sold 30 or so, but one mod i will always hold onto is my polished provari which they don't even make anymore. it is a solid device and very reliable.

A huge part of my unwillingness is because he's a professional, know what I mean? It's intimidating. I can bake, which is kind more like chemistry to me. Anything on the stove top though, and I'm hopeless.

I know what you mean, couldn't imagine that.

will a provari ring work? if so it would indeed look a lot better.

I'm not sure. My local B&M is out of stock at the moment and I'm not paying $35 to ship a provari ring to Canada.

It's just the sheer size of the thing. It doesn't look bad per se, just kinda silly in a funny kinda way. Would look great on a 26650 device.

I agree with that price being expensive and tbh, I don't think it looks bad. There was a guy here on the forums that sold them a while back, they were less then 20 bucks, but like you said, it's the shipping.
