Extra Rich Buttery Cinnamon Toast

Cinnamon:
McCormick Saigon Cinnamon powder soaked in PGA then clarified.
Not too sweet alone.
The cinnamon is excellent zero, mixed w/ other flavors and w/ nic.
Not a bad TH substitute.

Cinnamon Toast:
LO Bavarian Creme+Cinnamon
Sweet and rich enough that you'll skip desert.
Taste like buttery cinnamon toast.
No weird undertones.
Extremely full bodied flavor.
Great zero and w/ nic.
Very good TH substitute.

I start w/ 20% Bav Creme in base(8:2 VG:H2O) then tune to taste.
Add clarified cinnamon to taste.

I direct drip zero and just add a drop of nic(PG) on atty if I want TH.

DIY Cinn from powder has a more complex flavor w/ peppery tones.

Easy and cheap to make:
Cinnamon powder + PGA.
Stoop overnight.
Collect clarified liquid.
Can reduce liquid w/ low heat.

I think the cinnamon would likely ball up at low heat so you seperate the cinnamon from the liquid. Straining should work.

I don't strain; but you can.
I am careful to remove clear liquid (using dropper) w/o disturbing sediment.

I use a 20ml bottle for steeping.
Fill about 1/8th full of cinnamon powder.
Add PGA till about 1/3rd full.
