Unfortunately, Pigelty, No one is going to give the Feds the truth as to how many e-cigs are selling in New York, or anywhere. I agree with you as to the money speaking louder than words. But when you tell that to the lawmakers the next knock on a vendors door will be the IRS. When it comes to the FDA, the Feds play dirtier than you know.
