lots of (X) threads around here lately.

Ugly is just.......well, ugly. Maybe after you've been around awhile you'll understand ECF is a support group as well as information, if you're around......

@jtracc - good for you. glad you had the old equipment, I admire you for even trying to go nic free, I haven't attempted it in two years of vaping.

In your lungs are absorbing everything you breathe in. Let's face it if it's not oxygen it's killing them. Far less the cigarette smoke but still harmful. Been learning a lot about the lungs lately during my paramedic course I am doing.

This isn't just an informational forum, it's also a support forum. By sharing our experiences, we help each other stay off of cigarettes. Nicotine addiction very difficult to quit and people need all the help they can get.

jtracc, what you did is NOT a failure, you absolutely did the smart (and right) thing. You went to vaping, not analogs. You should order some more cartos & juice if you need it & keep vaping for a while. Some of the other posters said it best. This isn't just an informational forum, but also a support group. You need support, post here & usually in minutes someone will come on to support you.

Maybe stepping down to no nic is the way to go. Everyone has their on plan & way to do. You've done the hard part & got off the stinkies. I say keep up the good work.
