So today I randomly decided to test the voltage output on my Smoov REV vv battery, and found out something peculiar. It is your typical spinner type battery so it can go from 3.3 to 4.8 volts. But mine even on the lowest setting up to the highest, was putting out only 3.18. Running it on a well built and tested 1.8 ohm coil on an Igo L rba. I also checked it without any load and got the same output. There was no difference in vape, throughout the range of the battery as well... is this a sign of a failing spinner?

Hmm... I've had it for a little over two months now, but I have abused it with alot of use :) I have taken pretty good care of it and it's never become hot and it's usually in a pocket or bag and never left in the cold. I'm glad it's still atleast vapable. I ended up lowering the ohms of the coil to 1.4 which could damage it even more over time... Although it's been more consistent in this manner. I guess we will see how it goes over the next few days. One other thing, is there any way to take these batteries apart without damaging any of the circuitry? It could be the spinning ring as it has a significant amount of resistance to it.
