I was a 1.5 PAD smoker, since about age 14, I'm 22 now. I tried to quit back in 2010, that's when I made this account.. People were so nice and there was so much information, but ECF and people like Grimm Green made it accessible, wrote guides, gave help etc. so it seemed like it would be an easy transition... but the technology was too much in its infancy for my needs and despite giving it several tries I wasn't able to quit then. My eGo w/ cartridges were just awful, and dripping was insanely messy. Attys were hit-and-miss, nothing gave 5v for under $80-$100 etc. and e-liquids were either expensive or bad IMO.
CUT TO 2013
I decided a month ago I was going to do my research again, because I saw the incredible amount of new tech that had come out in the e-cig world. Clearomizers and tanks were the first thing to catch my eye, then I saw things like the eGo twist, vision spinner, MFS x6 and I got really excited. Then I saw Boba's Bounty and Don from Backwoods Brew were still around so I knew I could do it this time.
I bought the X6 from My Freedom Smokes, cause the kit was cheap and variable voltage. Got some cheesecake w/ graham cracker juice (which I hated but after steeping 5 days its quite good).
To make what could be a long story short, I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY QUIT SMOKING!
As soon as my kit arrived 5 days ago, I loaded up the juice and screwed the clearomizer down and started puffing (it came charged, and I didnt care about degrading battery life by not charging it fully first, I was TOO HAPPY to care
)
I haven't had even a *craving* for a cigarette since I got my kit. I am smoke free for the first time since age 14. I'm so happy I'm quitting at 22 instead of 32, 42, 52 etc...

As soon as I get enough money for a big order, it's shopping time...AVE, Backwoods, Mt baker.. tons of others, so much goodness to pick from these days. Life's good.
