Hi everyone. So far there has been some great info on here tht I have been able to read. I started my journey with a disposable and then moved into a No7 recharge. I guess it would've been like a mini (if my understanding of these things is right :D). The battery recently died and i decided to go with something that would provide a better experience, so I just ordered a Joye ego-t starter kit. I also order a couple bottles of liquid with it. Are there any suggestions to extras that i may need to pick up right away, or will the starter kit have enough to last a while?

+1 to the dualcoil cartomizer suggestion. Might I also suggest you try a Low Resistance 306 atomizer (find "Cisco Spec" FTW) and driptip: LR306 Low Resistance Atomizer 1.5 ohm (Cisco Spec) - Avid Vaper

One of the advantages of the eGo/510 is that there is a wide variety of atomizers and cartomizers that will work. My new favorite is the Dualcoil Cartomizers, but for dripping nearly nothing beats a LR306...

I love my ego!

I got two 1100 batteries but find that I go through both of them during the day. I was a chain smoker when it came to analogs so I vape a lot. If I were going to be traveling more than usual or out for an extended activity I would want a third battery. They could last longer if I were more tollerant of the lack of vaping performance.

Hey Jmo,
If you have a ego t on the way, here are my suggestions.
I have one, i like it. But she will need a little maintenance more than likely...nature of the beast.
First thing is the tanks, a hard plastic cap or a silicone cap. Im talking about the end you fill it with. The hard plastic caps leak, you hopefully got silicone ones, if not you can order replacement ones.
The only problem i had with mine was the juice was not flowing down the wick fast enough. I had to adjust the wick lower to achieve good vaping. If this is a problem for you, there are two ways recommended. One buy pushing it down with a needle or such. Two, methode i used remove needle plate, and use tweezers to pull the wick down, then re insert the plate.
Vicky from cignot has a vid on youtube explaining how to disassemble the ego t atty and re assemble it. Note: Instead of using hemo's, i used a flat screwdriver, and pry'ed on the flat of the plate to pop it loose.
Any questions please feel free to pm me! Best of luck! :vapor:
