Fake Vision spinner

How can you tell a fake from a real VS? I see some on ebay saying that their genuine, but is their really a way to tell?

I might be naive but if I see an ebay seller with 1000 + transactions and a 99+% positive rating I'm willing to risk a few dollars on them. Have never had a bad experience (not saying there are no bad sellers on ebay... just never run into one as long as I shopped reputable sellers ... and I use it all the time).
