Two weeks ago I purchased a Mini 2.1 HammerTone off the Classifieds and paid for it. Never heard back from the DBag or much less received it. User was "Someonelse" and I've since reported but it sucks that I got scammed!

Oh well if I'm able to recoup my money that would be pretty awesome but not sure how PayPal works with ecig purchases.

I sure hope things turn around and the guy gets in touch with you or you get your money back.

I have had that happen and PayPal refunded the $$. I filled out the forms and kept all the correspondence I had with the seller and included it in the claim. I kept referring to it as a "vaporizer" in the paper work. Took PayPal about a month. PITA but worth it.

Ok appreciate the 411, gonna get the claim going as I've lost all hope in him coming through.

I don't mind waiting for PayPal as long as it works out in the end. We shall see but for now I'm grateful to own 3!!!

I thought I was in the same position with a claim. My VVG came in today paid for it 6/7 got it on 7/7 a whole month. But I finally got it Hope all works out for you as it did me.

Man that's awesome for you! Was the seller at least in contact with you? Were they in the states or was it an overseas transaction?

I only received 2 follow-up
PMs once I sent payment. One to confirm payment and Two to reach out if I had any follow-up questions!!!

Ohh the irony... Yes I have a question, "where the f is my REO Mini 2.1"!!!!

Maybe I'll have a fairy tale ending but I doubt it. I'm sure he ordered that SL/LP that he told me was his reason for selling the Mini!

He wasn't in contact very often said two weeks ago it was being shipped. And there was a mishap with internet service, I sent a PM saying I was going to file a claim and it had been shipped a couple of days before. He was stateside. Singers crossed for you.

Wow good for you! I've sent PMs and emails all completely polite and 100% professional and maintained a high level of respect for any potential life events and still nothing!

Escalated PayPal Dispute to claim and he now has till 7/12 to respond and if nothing PayPal will begin their side of the investigation and make a ruling hopefully in my favor!
