FanceeJuice has deleted my account along with my accumulated points earned from purchases and also blocked me from their facebook page after leaving feedback that they didn't like. I'm an honest person and tell the truth and give accurate feedback so that vendors can improve their business if need be or make improvements, etc. Anyhow, I gave feedback that was not well received and I discovered that I had been blocked and my account deactivated in their store system. I began to look at others' feedback and discovered I wasn't the only customer with issues. On JD Vapor facebook page, their sister company, people had left complaints about customer service and not receiving orders also. What really surprises me, I suppose, is that I did not bash the company or use profanity or foul language; I was simply very honest. If I had been rude, demanding, used profanity or tried bullying them I would not be surprised to be banned and blocked. I had been curious as to why I never saw anyone not liking any of their flavors on the store website; all the reviews were positive and none were negative. That struck me as a bit odd since normally you will see one or two reviews saying they don't like something.

Most of my experiences with eliquid companies and vape vendors have been very positive over the past 19 months and I have seldom run into problems so this is highly unusual and I felt like I needed to say something about this as odd as it is.​
