Oh no! Can I ask what browser you're using? We heard this same issue from one other customer last week, and I can't seem to replicate it in chrome or safari. We'd certainly like to get this taken care of!

I had that issue. On my several year old laptop on the upper screen is the word "page" that is a pull-down window. I clicked "page" and then clicked "compatability view" and the website worked fine after that - even when navigating to different pages on the site. FYI was going to get the sampler but at this time i'm really just liking tobaccos and baked goods. All I saw that I really wanted to try was your hazelnut. May go back and get some of that. What i've heard is your liquids are very well made. So...welcome to this new world.
