I was inspired to stop lurking just so I could say how fantastic the service is. I emailed from the website and was answered only minutes later. I emailed another question, again a fast answer! I emailed I think 3 times in about 1 1/2 hours and recieved a response within 15 minutes each time! It's probably just that we were on coincidentally at the same time but still I'm amazed.

I agree when the threat of my final e-cig failing began to surface Steve went out of his way to contact me and help me to one of the other products he had in stock while I wait for the VK!! I should be getting it tomorrow hopefully

Is it just me, or are people getting better service than I? I've read posts of people getting "Free" gifts, where I've gotten nothing... I don't know. :confused:

I just received my Juice today also. Thank you. I have ordered from one company a month ago and they keep telling me to keep looking out for it .. that it is in the mail.. Well this company actually put it in the mail and shipped it and it actually came to me. YEAH ! THANKS!!!!!!!!

I was getting frustrated .. Just started.. and I keep getting wrong parts... no parts... no juice and broken promises from other companies.

Thank you for delivering what I paid for! Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just for your info, back in the day when there was alot of inventory, many people got "an extra" something.

Nowadays, things are not just the same. Iventory I guess is tight.

If you did not get anything, don't worry. Hopefully when things get better, you might get something when you least expect it.

In the meantime, do what I'm doing, vaping my vapor king and happy at the fact that I was able to get my hands on one before customs got involved.

Please, show me better service, or prices, anywhere. WTF, I am suppose to give a gift for a 20 buck purchase, when the juice is sold for far more, most everywhere else;)
