I've mentioned this in another post but I felt it warranted it's own. I ordered from Steve on Saturday night, late (around 11pm cst). Within moments I recieved a confirmation email, but it wasn't automated. I know this because there were questions in the email to me.
We exchanged several emails that night, and much to my surprise all his replies were within minutes. I got my package today, and love it. Steve, you hooked me up. While I wish I would've gotten a few fruity flavors (I told Steve to just send me some variety) I got vanilla, cappucino, coffee, and marboro as cartomizers. They're all pretty good. Haven't found one I love yet, but that's just an order away, right?
With that said, I believe the customer service I got from Steve to be second to none. I have bought a lot of things in my life, and the only customer service that even comes close to Steve was when I bought my new car (I get free carwashes anytime I want, and a free detail once a month..... I didn't pay for this service when I bought the car)... I call that top notch.
I may try a 501 in the future, but right now I'm solid with my VK. So far it's been about 4 hours without an analog, and so far I only slightly miss them. I'm sure in time I won't miss them at all.
It takes a bit of getting used to, but I'm getting the hang of it. I'm getting great throat hit, and when I'm really slow with the inhale I get great vapor. I couldn't be more impressed with the item either.
I finally found something that satifies my desire to smoke (which has always been my hang up to quitting for long). I thank everyone that helped me with their reviews and answers to my questions. I have found a winner in a product and a supplier.
