Hi guys, just thought I'd comment on my Totally Wicked experience so far.

I ordered a Luci about a week ago and it finally got here Thursday. I used all 5 *crappy* carts in a day. Love the device as a "first time ever dragging one" but after reading on this forum and youtube videos knew it was a POS. I did not research first.

Through the assistance of forum members here decided to get some liquid on Thursday. Friday I said the hell with it and ordered a Titan 510 starter kit with PPC, extra batteries, extra atomizers, extra carts, and just got a USPS update e-mail saying they are in route from my local post office to be delivered Monday! Both orders shipped the SAME day.

I also phoned them to ask about their products, and liquids and the woman that answered the phone was very helpful.

Anywho, can't WAIT to get off work tomorrow and unbox and TRULY step into the world of vaping.

I haven't yet found a review of the Mint Chocolate Chip from Totally Wicked so I decided to try it and plan on writing some kind of review.

Glad to hear that althought I ordered my first ever kit three days ago and have yet to even have the order status changed to "shipped". I am only about 20 miles from the US warehouse and was hoping to get my new toy within a few days.

I did also on the same day order some supplies from the UK site since the local was out of stock and it has already shipped.

Oh well. I'll just have to be patient 8-o.

Rolaur, I have had the same experience. I've never heard from TW-just received a confirm from Paypal. It's only been a few days so it's possible they were shipped without notification. If I receive tomorrow, that will be a decent turnaround time.

Also, I like to keep track of where I buy what supplies and I don't have a list from TW and they do not have past orders (or current) on the website.

Hey Lynn,

Well I emailed them yesterday and Nikki did respond back. She said that they were out of one of the items that I had ordered and were holding the rest as they were getting another shipment either yesterday or today. They did offer to send the order incomplete or to cancel the missing items if I wanted but I told her that I could wait.

About an hour latter, they sent out an email to their subscribers that they now had stock and were having specials so I guess that means that my last item came in. Hoping that the order ships today so I can have it tomorrow. I'm all of 15 minutes from their warehouse although they said that I can't pick up.

As for the list of what you ordered, I got a confirmation email when I ordered with an itemized list, order and link to a status page as well as a PayPal receipt so you might want to give them a call or email to check on it.

I'll post when I receive it.

Well here it is Saturday afternoon, mail has come and nothing from TW. Very frustrated at this point. First order was on Aug. 31 and still not marked as shipped. Second order on Sept 2 and marked as shipped on Sept 2 plus one order on Aug 31 from UK marked as shipped. At this point I have not received anything. I have emailed back and forth with Nikki in the US warehouse who told me on my order was completed and "labeled" on Sept 3. Well i live maybe 15 miles from the US warehouse and mail here is just one day in the area. I even offered to come by and pick the package up on the third and was told "Unfortunately we cannot have visitors here as this is a warehouse and does not have a store front!" What does that mean? The other doors don't work?
Anyway, guess I'll have to wait till Tues since Monday is a holiday. Not getting the greatest feeling for being my first order totaling about $350 out of the gate.
I'll keep everyone posted. 8-o

So as the saga continues, emailed today to find out what's going on. After being told last week that "Yes your order has already been labeled this morning!" I presumed that this would mean that it's ready to be shipped and I would hopefully have it today (Tuesday). I'm just a few miles from the warehouse.
Well, come to find out that they are holding my original order, the one with the STARTER KIT" because they are waiting for batteries and carts. I know that they were short last week but also know that they got some kind of order in on Thurs. because they sent out a mass email stating that they now had stock and were running specials. Well not so special to me.
I'm glad some on here have had good luck and "feel the love" but what I'm feeling doesn't feel like love. Not a good first order or impression8-o.

Well that might explain why my Titan Starter Kit hasn't been sent out either. Might have been nice if I had been told that when I called initially instead of being told it would be sent right out. And then again last Monday morning when once again I was assured he was putting it in the mail that minute! I can handle the truth, things happen. But I get really cranky when people lie to me! :mad:
