Fast tech, barf

So I read up and watched reviews. then ordered a Vamo v5 from fast tech. 20
+ days and hard to track ,shipping and when I got it they sent a different kit then what I ordered. 18350 batts. and a knock off Kanger tank, where I ordered 18650 batts and 2 ce4 tanks. So the ..... mail has been sent then I tried my Kanger tanks and they won't connect to the mod. I had better luck with the Hybris I ordered and am useing then the much priased vamo. I'm ready to just ditch the whole deal and look at a nice well made chrome and brass mod with the whisles and bells. The Hybrs is nice it just has no heft to offset the weight of the pro tank and pro 2 that I have. I'll see what fast tech will do to straighten this out befor I drop the bomb on them. I'm waiting to see if FT makes good or if I call in a Naplam strike. Rant rant grip grip. The frog isn't happy this evening!

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I have a little problem with an order from them, too, and they seem to be working it out nicely. Hope it goes well for you, too.

BTW, that order isn't my first order with them, just the first that had a bit of a problem.

I've ordered from them a few times and had good experiences. IMO they are quite good for the price they charge. I expect you'll end up taken care of because of their reputation for good service.

They usually take pretty good care of issues but it isn't quick, with them being on the other side of the world and all.

Yes. They are IMO As long as you have patience as your orders will take 2-3 weeks to get to you.

FYI for the OP, FT has an address in Miami that accepts returns/ exchanges for their US customers. You will need a RMA which they should send. The info is listed on their site under FAQ's

Well I'm getting my exercise, What a runaround , customer service will not even admit a mistake. Even when I copied the ad from their website that I ordered from and showed them. They tell me that's not what I wanted.
