Fast Tech Delivery Times?

Hi there i ordered a few bits from fast tech but they seem far from fast on delivery... been almost 3 weeks now is this normal?

For me, three weeks is about the norm for an order to the States.

Have you received shipping notification yet? Usually with items that are in stock or "ships next day", they normally get items out the door rather quickly. "Ships in XX days" is usually a warning flag, for me, because those times rely on dates from the manufacturer, and things can go wrong.

That's about the same for me, too. Look at your orders on their web site and you can find the tracking number by viewing the order detail page. Click on that to get to the postal tracking.

I'm sitting at 3.5 weeks on a fairly large order (200 dollars worth) to Miami.

Yup, 3-4 weeks is as fast as the boat can sail. Watch out for the dreaded "Restocking" notification =

Fasttech is usually very quick on filling the order... in most cases within 24 hours ( if its in stock) but the slow part is the postal service....not in Fasttechs control...
and the even slower part is the USPS when it gets stuck in customs for 9 days....

last order i had which the items were in stock took 2 weeks. but i have ones that took 2.5 months before. but i'm not in any hurry.

My item supposedly shipped on November 6, 2014, and I am still waiting.

did the item contain batteries?? if not, time to contact Fasttech and also check the tracking to see where it is at...

Don't ever order batteries, or a device that includes a battery, from Fasttech as it slows the shipment down to a crawl.

Also check to make sure that what you are ordering is in stock and available for immediate shipping. If not, split up your order so that the available gear can arrive as quickly as possible and the not-so-available gear can be cancelled if it takes FT an eternity to restock.

Actually, shipping seems to have been much faster (at least for me) for the last couple months. Several different orders, all arrived 10-11 days after they shipped.

Warning, though; Chinese New Year starts Feb 15, and that backs everything up horribly.

To the OP: What does the tracking indicate? When did it actually ship? (Also, I suspect you're in the UK; so that might make a big difference).

My last couple of orders were for the Hana Modz DNA30 with Battery. Both shipments took 2-2 1/2 weeks with them being in stock & ready to ship when ordered. Shipping was Signapore post for both orders to the Midwest.
