Chipotle.
I order from fasttech pretty often, the longest I have waited was 38 days for a mod that was "out of stock" at the time of ordering. The shortest time was the last order which I received in just 9 days and everything I ordered was listed as "in stock" while ordering. You can save yourself some time by checking when an item will ship, or what it's stock status is. For shipping options I always use the China-Express E-Packet Via USPS.

You can generally expect to wait an average of 2 weeks, from my experiences. Unless you're ordering batteries, they have to go through a different shipping route, I've seen batteries takes 2 months+ to get somewhere from FT.

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade here; however, be careful ordering from them.
I spent nearly $100 on an order I placed last May.. They got my Zip Code wrong by one digit. Bottom line, the package got 'LOST' and it still has not been found. I've had good experiences with Fast Tech up til this latest order. They told me they have to conduct an 'investigation' by their 'shipping department', which is going to take another TWO months... Really?!
So.. Fast Tech has my money and I have an email from them asking me to be patient.
Really? Well, my patience is gone.....

I was a FT junkie for quite a while last winter, well kinda still am, I average about 1-2 orders a week at least. Froth suggested the E-Packet, I second that for sure. I live near St Louis and my orders average 10-11 days dependent on the shipping dates. I prefer to only order "In stock" or "Ships next day" items. If it states it ships in 3,5,7 or 10 business days it typically changes to longer, sometimes quite a bit longer and they will have no idea when it will actually ship. (Even after you send them hateful emails)

If it's a new item a lot of times they won't actually have it in stock, they just take all the money they collect and then order the stuff. It's really hard to beat their prices on clone mech mods and RDA's though. I also buy all my Protank 3/ Aerotank coils from them, if you order more 3 or more 5-packs you get a bulk discount.

Also as long as you spend over $15 you always get a USPS tracking number, most china vendors don't give you one or if they do it's through Singapore Post and they suck. I'm pretty sure they ship packages via rowboat.

Anyway good luck, I think I'll head over there now and check out the new releases actually....
