Fastest Shipping for E-liquid?

I'd try to find a supplier near where you live. You should look at Cignot. They are based in the midwest (and so am I). Their prices on everything I looked at included shipping so what you see is what you pay. First class USPS. Reached me 2 days after I ordered.
That's gotta be Freedomsmokeusa. They always get me my stuff in 3-5 business days from date of order. Hint: It helps to order early in the day, they may even get it out that same day. Priority shipping is a flat $5.00.

It really depends on where you live. I live in Ohio so the companies in PA, NJ, MI and IN ship to me faster than most, but FSUSA ships wicked fast, as does Gourmet Vapor, Vapor Bomb, and madvapes. But like I said, shipping is all relative to where you live.
I've been using Madvapes quite a bit recently - still fairly new to vaping, so I'm still doing the sampler pack thing. Using the cheapest shipping: 14.99 for 5 x (I think they're 10mL bottles...) came up to $2.99 for shipping. I was getting mine about 3 or 4 days from the time I placed the order. I'm in Portland, Oregon. But I also have a bad habit of waiting too long and then ordering late in the day... BTW, the stuff I've been getting from them makes the stuff I had been getting from the local smoke shop seem like toilet water! So yeah, I'd definitely recommend Madvapes 
EDIT: I just verified by medicinal syringe that yes, those are 10mL bottles... so their sampler packs equal 50mL for $17.98 w/shipping. This seems like a pretty good deal to me even though it's kind of a crapshoot if you're not into certain flavors...

Order from a vendor close to you. I order from nhaler (also in NJ) and sometimes get it the next day.

If you are wanting e-liquids then I would suggest the following. Awesomevapors, BackwoodsBrew(which is in New York) Vaperite, Madvapes MyFreedomsokesUSA Bombayvaping . Another good company to try is Gourmetvapors They are having a 50% sale going on until the 4th. I am not sure what the code is but you can find it under the suppliers forum. The only thing is that they are pretty busy right now and it will take a little time to get to you. For hardware I would definately say either Cignot or Good Prophets.
Susan I'm in Maine as well -- for liquid it really depends more on if they handmix it or if its pre-bottled. It is much FASTER buying pre-bottled, but the quality may or may not be there.

Ohh so I do not steal the thread, I think once packages hit the Maine boarder they get put on horses. So the best way to judge your shipping speed is to ask ppl in your own state . Hopefully your state is faster than here.

Careful - when I ordered from Crystal Clear Vapor I somehow ended up having to send a check. That is not fast.

The fastest places I have ordered from is freedomsmokeusa, madvapes, and atmosusa. I have ordered from other companies at the same time as placing those orders and those 3 companies always come first. Now sometimes packages come pretty fast across country but get hung up in Scarborough,ME for a couple days. It must be the shipping hub for incoming packages going up north. That's not the companies fault though, that's USPS. Il can update you when I order from new places seeing we are in the same state. Btw I think Ms.T's eliquid is based in Maine but I have not ordered from there yet. They are all hand made so it may take a bit longer but better quality is worth it imo. Also V4L liquids come pretty fast if you order before the weekend and it does not get hung up in Scar.
I have heard Ms. T takes a while, but she is one who mixes it to order though, so again, it depends on if you want something fresh mixed.
i ordered juice from nitelitevapor on the 25th (last saturday) and i still didnt get it today...they are in iowa, im in minnesota...so right next to me. not the speediest of vendors.
