Please list places you buy from with reasonable shipping rates and times, under 10 business days preferably. I also am looking for a place now with quicker shipping... for juices.

I select usps one, which comes to 11 dollars.

Edit: with the sales that have been going on it takes a couple more days than usual to dispatch, I guess because of the high volume of orders, but it's still a reasonable time frame.
