If you hold your mouse over the link, it says changed by ECF right by the pointer, thats what had me confused.

I was asking because often links are automatically changed from appearing like urls to names. It doesn't happen all of the time and sometimes it happens minutes later. I haven't figured out the pattern, but you can do it yourself:
