Swap out that o-ring.

Also, talk to FT. I've found their CS very accommodating.

They're offering me an exchange but I have a feeling it'll be the same. My package did not come with anything else but the preassembled KFL. No additional parts whats so ever.

When I inspect the KFL, it seems that the o ring in the chimney can wiggle around and is not centered. how are you supposed to get in there and remove the o ring to replace it as it's inside the cap. I think the tube that feeds up there is a little bit to short and doesn't make contact with the o ring. I'm sure I can go to the hardware store to find a similar size o ring.

If the issue is simply a dodgy batch of o-rings its not really worth exchanging it. Tell FT this, ask for credit instead, they should throw a few $ on your account.

This is one if the problems with ordering from afar, returns are a PITA. But hey, for a few cents you can get some better o-rings and then you're laughing. Still way cheaper than buying a clone domestically.

Like mentioned above, its most likely a faulty o-ring on the top cap. You cannot replace it while it is assembled since it fits into a groove on the bottom of the top cap that is only accessible while it is taken apart. It's strange that the chimney would wiggle when it is assembled but that just sounds like a flaw due to poor machining on the manufacturers part. I would go with the credit route since you know how long it takes just to get an item from them let alone to return an item and receive a replacement

This will happen when you’re filling, because more than likely your over filling it.

I know because I had the same problem (I have a EHPRO Kayfun). When you overfill it your cramming juice through the channels and up through the chimney (since it's upside down when it’s filling).

Try filling it up half way, just to test it. If it does not leak when you fill half way then it's most likely the problem.

Seems no matter what I do, I always get some kind of leaking. I've tried short and long cotton wick with no luck. Checked all my o-ring and all is sealed but it seems the o-ring where the chimney is isn't tight cause when I fill from the fill hole, I get liquid leaking through there. I think I got a DOA?

Chimney section is too short. Open ticket and they will send you a new chimney and orings. I have probably the same issue, which i resolved with oring (see pic) and remember dont tighten it much, just a little. Hope it helps! Still waiting for my replacement chimney, but i can vape and fill it to the top :)
