By the way guys...Issue Fixed!

I found when i am screwing on the tank to the base section, it starts to get very tight closer to the bottom threads of the tank section(this is also the same when screwing on the top section) i just lubed the crap out of it and got those threads nice and smooth by screwing and unscrewing a few times (lots of screwing going on here!). End result tank screwed on completely at the top and a small gap at the bottom (did not want to force it) but now there is no more leaking and yes i definitely suggest to lube all the threads and the chimney o-ring, this makes life alot easier!
Glad you got it fixed. The only issues I've had with mine have been 1) me not tightening the threads enough 2) O-Ring failure. They'd get pulled into the threads when I unscrewed the body and make it almost impossible to unscrew.

Mine does this every time I fill it up. With the metal tank you tend to fill conservatively, because you really can’t see how full your tank actually is, but with the clear tank you can "Top it off" and accidentally overfill it. What I do is every time I fill it before I take my first drag, I put a cotton ball near the air hole and blow through it until almost no juice is coming out of it.

FYI, I do fill from bottom screw

What I do is fill from the bottom through the fill hole while plugging the air intake. And I fill it with every molecule I can possibly get in there. Works great! :D
