Just got a package from them. 2 bottles of juice have a broken seal (probably has been opened by a custom office). Juice spilled in to the package.
Delivery was very fast. Ordered on 23.Shipped on 29 by a Singapore Mail and have the package delivered today.

I've over 10+ packages from FT and i've gotten them all. No complains there.
Just be ready to wait 2-4 weeks on the delivery.
Try to order stuff that is "In stock" "Ships the next day" keep them in the same order. If it says "shipps in 7 days" keep them in a separate order. Because sometimes those 7days are longer than 7d. Also the stuff that's "In stock" might go out of stock while you're waiting for that 7day item. = Another 7 days to wait. So in the end you could be waiting for a loooong time.
So the golden rule is only order "ships next day / In stock" in one order. And every "ships in 7 days" in another order.

The first order I placed with Fast Tech contained one broken item, and at that it was the most expensive one... when I emailed them about it, they asked me to place another order and said they'd give me a discounted price on a new one or something. I didn't take them up on it.
Check out Focal. I believe they have the stingrayX shipping from their U.S. warehouse in GA.
I'm a FT fan. I guess I've bought $2k worth of mods, tanks, drip tips, etc since Nov '13. I've had issues with their products twice. Both times it was Vamos with bad/stripped 510 threads. one was bad on arrival, the other was after my daughter's BF had used it for about a month. Both were replaced without a problem.
Normally I get my orders within 3 weeks of the order being placed. My current order has been sitting in Shenzhen China since 16 July. Currently waiting on china post to admit it is lost/stolen. This is turning out to be the worst shipping issue I dealt with.

FT is cheap, will get you your product, but one is at the mercy of the Quality Control Gods whenever purchasing a clone.
The Stingray Copper Black by JD Tech, is my fave,and best preforming mech I own. No clone will ever be as nice, or built as well as the authentic. I also have the red copper version stingray, clone, and it is close, but the lock throw is much to long and the switch is pure crap. In fact, this clone switch locked on for 3 minutes, while I was in the loo, came back to a dense fog filled room and a totally destroyed Authentic Aqua rba. Yep Saved big on the clone but destroyed a $175 Authentic rba. Yep, clones are a bargain, aren't they.
FT only distributes, they make nothing. And they never say who the clone is made by, and sometimes it is tough to know if it is a clone, but they do no sell Authentic high end gear, at all. So, purchase at you own risk. Sure, they will exchange items that prove defective, but the turn around time is not optimal, to put it mildly.
When purchasing from FT, should always be done in the spirit of, hmm, that could vape out nice, wonder how long that will take to get here. Heck, get enough FT orders in the pipe line and one can get a surprise when going to the vape box. Just got a delivery notice on something and don't know what it is. Guess will have to go upstairs and check the vape box.

Hi. Im brand new here. Hence the mandatory post, this is currently 1 of 5. But it might as well not be wasted. I placed an order on fasttech just over a week ago. About 2-3 days later I was asked to send them a picture of my credit card. I thought that was strange but I did it anyway as I have no where near enough money to worry about fraud. They seemed content and said they'd resume my order. Great!
The thing is though is that it still hasn't been dispatched. The Sigiele Zmax V5 on my order had an ETA of three days. That was yesterday. It now has one for three days from now. Is this a normal resupply issues anyone else had come across?

ive had one bad experience. i bought an igo m and a month later the center post bean to spin. i talked to FT and they replaced it with a stillare 1:1 clone for me all i had to do was ship it back. they also reimbursed me for the shipping. so yes fasttech is good they just take awhile. i live in fl and i can expect my stuff in about 2 weeks
I dont know. It sure seems like it though! I am in California and am awaiting a ft package w my friend.
sometimes fasttech will ship uot and tracking doesnt seem to b updated...i personally love fasttech...its how i can afford tovape. it does take a while 2 get ur stuff sometimes but the $ u save its worth it 2 me
Fasttech ships fast to USA... once it gets in USA, customs takes their sweet time with it. My last order from Fasttech took 3 days to get to Chicago, where it sat in customs for 9 days, and then another 5 days from Chicago to my house.
Placed my order for a stingray x on the 22nd and it hasn't shipped yet
I placed an order on 7/13/14. All items ordered were IN STOCK according to the site. It shipped on 7/23/14. Ten days to process and ship is lame, but whatever, cant do anything but sit and wait at that point. The order was just processed at the LA, CA sort facility today. So I will assume it will arrive mid to late next week. So basically a month from start to finish.
Then will come the important details of order accuracy, item authenticity, item condition and such. Im fairly certain this will be my first and last order thru Fasttech.
With domestic sites like 101vape, World of Vape, Vaping Deals and Discounts, etc the savings is minimal while the inconvenience is steadily building. The only thing that can redeem them at this point is a 100% spot on order once its received, but even with that a 30 to 35 day wait is not really a valid option going forward unless its an item I cant find anywhere else domestically.
