Is fasttech a reputable site?? I noticed they have really cheap prices. Are they located in the states?

I have bought tons of stuff from fasttech and if the description says it is a genuine whatever, it is. Yes, they are in China, and it can take a few weeks for your order, so don't order anything you want right away. Their customer service is also good. I ordered something that it turned out was out of stock. They asked me if I wanted to wait and I said yes. Then later emailed that it was going to be longer still, so I opted to forget about it and they gave me a credit for the amount.
I'd say they're legit, but please watch out for anything that's labeled with the word 'style' in it. For example: Vision Spinner II style 1600mah battery. That's a clone and not the original.
I recently ordered a kayfun lite clone and some EVOD clones. I'm pleased with my purchase - pleased enough to have just made another order (don't really *NEED* the stuff, just looks like fun.) Ordered up 2 KF minis and another KF clone. Not in any hurry for them, so I'll not stalk my order status like I did previously. Just make note on the item(s) you order, as it will give you a rough idea of how long before it even gets prepared for shipment (one of my items is 5 days out, the other says it will ship tomorrow?) Then, it has to cross the Pacific and go through Customs. My first order took about 3 weeks total to arrive.

They have online status updating and great online customer service. Used it once for missing parts from a mechanical mod order and they shipped the replacement parts quickly.
I've had orders arrive anywhere from 10 to 21 days after fasttech mailed same.

FT is great. Just placed an order a few minutes as a matter of fact. To reduce shipping time, I suggest:
Generally if the items are in stock or ship next day and I use ePacket, then I can expect to receive the shipment in 8-12 days.
- Stock status shows "In Stock" or "Ships next day"
- Select "USPS First-Class ePacket via China Post" for shipping method if available.
- Some items like batteries, juice, knives etc require different shipping method and may delay entire order. Break these items up into a different order.

Just don't get anxious looking at the tracking info. When I ordered my nemmy and kf it showed "origin is preparing shipment" for a week, then, BAM, it was in Chicago. They're awesome and have great customer service.
YEAH FT is great .. beware of batteries from there unless it clearly says AUTHENTIC*** and shipping is an eternity with them.. but good stuf AND GREAT PRICES.. wish there was a U.S.A. seller with those prices. hate giving business to china..
