Spend a little time reading the fasttech thread:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ttech-thread-all-fasttech-posts-part-2-a.html

Shipping will depend on many factors - Product ordered/Time of year/Shipper selection/Product availability-delay/etc.

I did a battery order, took about 3 weeks - All in stock items.
I placed a small regular order - Hong Kong Post shipping - took 4 Days to get from HKP through (2) customs agencies and to Jamiaca NY.... Where it has been sitting for 3 days.

People blame Fasttech
People Blame China shipping
I could blame USPS
Fact is - you are ordering from the other side of the world. :D

Chipotle.
I've placed about two dozen orders with FT, based on your East coast US location with most orders that you can use the option to ship with the China E-Packet via USPS first class you will wait between 10 and 15 days if all goes well getting through customs, you can track it just like any other USPS package. As far as the items for sale on FT it can be very hit or miss, some times with certain mods or atomizers they are able to get product from the same machinist as the original is made by(especially if the original is made in china), Many items can be simply complete junk but there are definitely very good usable items for sale. My one piece of advice is to read the reviews and carefully go through all of the discussions regarding any item you're about to purchase. Anything with over 10 reviews that scores over 4.5 stars and has good discussions going is usually a good bet to start with.

The only thing that sucks is batteries, because of shipping restrictions they have to ship via Registered Surface mail with Hong Kong post, this takes EVERY BIT of 45-60 days to get to your door if not longer. To make matters worse you get few to little shipping info updates. They're constantly looking for new shipping outlets so perhaps soon they will have a faster way to ship batteries, my one battery order took 68 days to get to me!

I`m pretty ambivalent about them right now. I`ll still use them for stuff that no one else has, but if someone in the states has it, I`ll pay another 10%/15% to get it MUCH quicker and have someone I can really talk to if things go south.

But if you have an overflowing well of patience, you can get little parts like drip tips and spares for dirt cheap, if you are willing to wait 15 to 45 days for the stuff to show up.

Good info by some posters above. I'll add you can find a lot of extra info in the FastTech forum.

I too have made many orders from them - and you just have to know how to order from them.

Know what you are buying - many items will have multiple factories making them. You can see this by finding an item you like and then using the dropdown over on the right hand side of the page. This will give you other options for the item you are viewing. The quality between the items can vary wildy, so it's important to read the forums over there (each product has a linked forum and review tab just underneath the item description) and if you want your items quickly, only order stuff that says in stock.

Finally, if your order is less than $20 - make sure you upgrade the shipping. If you don't you'll be waiting a month or so to get the items. The USPS option for non-battery items costs a buck and change and is usually the option I select.

My last order from FT took 7 days from me ordering to it showing up in my mailbox.

Whats the run down with fasttech, ive never ordered from them , wondering about shipping time, etc

To the USA the shipping time might be a few weeks;
where I am, I can expect shipping to take a few months so far; but my last order I used the Swiss post option and that shipment took a month so I'm a try that again.

In any case, I highly recommend their website for finding out what stuff is available and comparing details and prices and even seeing user/buyer reviews.

I made my first two orders simultaneously, about a month ago. The "in stock" order made it to me in 10-12 days, and the "Ships in N" days stuff took about that long, after it finally shipped.

Definitely don't use FT if it's urgent, otherwise, give it a shot. Everything but batteries (incl. stuff with batteries inside, like MVP2, istick, etc) and eliquids won't have any extra shipping delays.

Also make sure to place two separate orders for "in stock/ships next day" and "ships in N days" if you want to minimize waiting time.

I just placed my "2nd" order a few days ago, pretty excited for it. They're a good company, from what I can tell. Returns, refunds, etc.

i dont need to worry about counterfeits or anything when i order from them right? because i plan on purchasing a clearomizer from them.

and has anyone ordered e-liquid from them before? are they any good? and have their e-liquid been tested at all in terms of ingredients used, etc

Some of there items you will see them listed as for example:
"Authentic Protank 2",
then another item you will see
"Protank 2 styled".

Then on some items, which are clearly clones "styled" you will see some versions with logo and some versions without logo

The question of fakes has already been addressed.

As for the liquids there, I would recommend you stick to Hangsen, Dekang and Liqua (they have very few available SKUs of this brand at the moment)

Dekang has posted a few videos of their mixing and lab areas on youtube. Both Dekang and Hangsen have been around for many years and are pretty well thought of among vapers. For early vapers Hangsen and Dekang were often the only brands of e-liquid people could buy.
As for Liqua, they are an Italian brand that is made in China. I think FT isn't restocking this brand now, but they still have a few liquids available. Good quality liquids, but I only liked one of their flavors.

As for testing, the simple answer is what testing are you looking for? There is no standard test for e-liquids either internationally or even in the US (Obviously AEMSA is trying to change this) I would say you can buy any of these three brands with confidence - but all I can give is my opinion. You have to make the decision if you think it's worth it or not.

Shipping time for many is slow - for me in Australia it takes 14 - 16 days - Recently i went for an expected air and got it in 11 days.

Some of their clone products have been no good and from now on I'm going to mostly stick with authentic. Unless its a relatively cheap atty clone - Though some ce4's i got were all bent.
