I'm running around 3.7 on my KGO, I believe, and I'm having great luck with Boge 2.0 LR cartomizers, myself.

Your Kgo runs at 4.0 volts fully charged. One of the reasons I love it. I have to agree. The Boge 2.0 are fantastic on a 3.7v device. I also really like the Smoktech 1.7ohm XL and the Kanger Horizontal at 2.0ohm. All three of these are fantastic at 3.7v.

The Ressurector cartos work awesome as they were designed to be used at 3.7V. CCV gave them that nickname and sells them. They are really the Smoktech 1.7ohm LR XL cartos and you can get them from other vendors too. They are all I use on my E-power and they are great by themselves or in a carto tank. They are 1.7ohm so they give a nice warm vape and they hold alittle over 2ml of juice so they last a pretty long time before needing a refill. They are single coil, but I find they produce vapor similar to a dual coil at 3.7V, and since their single coil, they dont drain your battery like a dual coil does.
Personally I find that dual coils really arnt that great at the lower voltages. They are alittle better on a 3.7V PV compared to a 3.3-3.4V eGo, but their still nothing special. I feel dual coils only really shine whgen used in the 4-5V range. Also I prefer a warmer vape, and if you compare using a 1.5ohm single coil carto and a 1.5ohm dual coil carto, the single coil gives a much warmer vape. Even though they are the same resistance, since a 1.5ohm dual coil is really 2 3.0ohm coils, the vape it provides is on the cooler side.
