So far, I've used CE2s, G4s and Boge 510, Standard and Low Resistance.
The CE2s and G4s leak, I am careful as I can be, I've watched a dozen videos with instructions and tips, and still have leak issues or flooding of the draw tube. The G4s are super easy to fill, but after a while you will get a drop of juice in the tube and it makes
vaping unpleasant.
The Boge 510s are sold on tons of sites, especially in the US and are just awesome. They can take up to 25 drops when new and 10-20 for refills. I never burn them, they don't leak and they produce a ton of vapor. I find that I lose a bit of taste, especially with diluted juices but I don't mind when the convenience is spot on. The LR ones give an awesome throat hit and bring the taste back up to snuff.
I just cleaned out my first batch today that I have been using for a couple weeks. I watched pbusardo's awesome tutorial about an hour ago and it works like a charm, I can smell the mint flavour coming out of one of them and on the third cycle most of the scent is gone. Here is a link to it:

I would definitely give these a shot, and since you've got an eGo, you can go for the LR ones!
Best of luck, keep on vaping
P.S. EDIT: If you don't get those first 20-25 drops in there and make sure the polyfill is nice and moist, you can get that burnt taste, and if it gets to the filler you're probably going to have it in there for good. You can replace it (there are lots of videos explaining the methods), but its best to avoid doing it.
