My favorite budget juice is Healthcabin - Dekang RY4. $10 for 50ml. Since I live in Indonesia, I don't have access to many of US based vendors like you guys. Been dying to try NLV - Bounty Hunter & AVE - Bobba's Bounty. :-(

That's how I feel about budget juices, usually bitter with a nasty after taste. Then I discovered PINK SPOT! By far the best tasting, in every flavor they offer. Although, I personally prefer the Andes Mint, Chunky Monkey, and th P.S. I Love You. Some of their juices have cool names too. However, I must add, PINK SPOT is far from budget, $23 for 30ml. But they'll custom mix pg/vg and nicotine levels if you ask. Another important fact, their flavors are so good and strong, I usually cut it with an inexpensive, but good quality NO Flavor, thus reducing my overall investment.

Hmmm I wouldn't really consider Tasty Vapor OR Pink Spot budget juices......
I've had some Tasty Vapor myself and have liked it....just finished some banana nut bread that I got from someone and really enjoyed it....
And I keep hearing over and OVER how great Pink Spot is.....but neither of these are really budget juice....

If your looking for Good and Cheap I'd have to say EC Blend. As of now they've been my go to vendor for flavor and price. I think it's $8.99 for 30ml and even an extra 20% off that right now. I've liked most of what I've tried from them and a few that I absolutely LOVE! Also you can make customized flavors. Really cool. Made to order and fast shipping. Haven't found anything else that beats them for price and quality.
+1 for Bluemist. I absolutely love their Caramel Tobacco and Cafe Caramel. I think I might have to try mixing the Caramel/Vanilla Tobaccos, that sounds great. 100%vg by the way, but I sometimes order a 10ml of the same flavor in 80/20 to thin them out a bit for a tank.
Does anyone here know of a good budget juice vendor with juices that are clear, rather than overly colored?
Mt. Baker Vapor is $6.99 for 30ml. Fastest shipping I"ve had to date at 3 days from the west coast to the east coast. They do custom mixes with their pick your own mix option. The Chocolate mint is nice with a coco like taste on the exhale. I've seen several reviews raving about their Mt Dew flavor, but I can't comment on that as of yet. Their Maraschino cherry is clear and I think is a nice after dinner palet cleanser. As always taste is subjective to each user and these are my humble opinions.
I tried a bunch of Bluemist samples a while back so I could find one that I could get at 180ml, but didn't like any of them. Maybe I should try again...
for budget meets quality, Madvapes. Their USA mix is a good light tobacco flavor without the BLECK of other cheepie juices. And their samples are cheap enough to try try try until you find one you like.
(Pink spot is OK, but really just tastes like raspberry lemonade with a bit of grapefruit....) For good price and amazing juice, vape-a-licious is the bomb!
