About to get back into vaping again... I've been out of the loop for a little less than a year now, I have the 2 vendors I plan on ordering from for new juice, I'm going to get 2 new 18650's as mine have been through a hot summer and a freezing winter in my car... I've had endless trouble with tanks in the past, I've loved dripping but unfortunately I am mostly a drive and vape kind of guy so I cannot really do that anymore. That leaves me with cartos and clearos that i'd be interested in trying! So my question to you is, what are your favorite ones to use with your provari? I'm considering trying the ones provape.com recommends for the provari and possibly anythings else that you guys have had great experiences with. Thanks for your input!

Ikenvape Platinum or 510 Fusion carts (2.5 ohm), punched! (dual laser-drilled), in an IBTanked pyrex cartotank.

I don't highly recommend getting carto's or tanks from Provape. Get your batteries from RTD Vapor. Since you've been out of the loop for a while, wander over to my blog posts to catch up. Get the recomended tank tool mentioned there and learn how to properly set up a tank. Just click the link under my avatar.

I'm a big fan of Smoktech 3.0 ohm single-coil single-hole cartos, and I'm anxious to get my new tank:

The PRO-V2 - Vaperfexion

It has a skirt that covers the top cap like the Z-Atty-Pro, but air holes are drilled into the teardrops, and a milled recess at the bottom for the flanged cartos.

Mine should be here Tuesday, as they shipped it out WAY earlier than it was expected.

Btw, thank you Baditude for the IBTanked recommendation. I saw your posts quite a bit searching around, regarding these tanks on a ProVari and I definitely say they're the best Glass tank I've used to date. The craftsmanship is amazing, given the glass is perfectly cut and level.

It's about time someone added an o-ring in between the glass and SS top/bottom caps, and for $25 for a full kit and filling tool, it's a no-brainer.

After jumping off the Genesis bandwagon and realizing cartos serve my purpose just fine, I'm glad to see all these awesome tanks coming out in the recent months that aesthetically look awesome on the ProVari.

I use boge 3.0ohm single coil cartos that I punch holes with a hole Punch. I use these in plastic j tanks
Vaping at 5.4-6.0 battery dying pretty quick. May need to go down to 2.0ohm boge carto

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't that kill the battery even faster?

Yup. 4.9v at 2ohms is pulling 2.5amps from the Battery. 6v at 3ohm is pulling a dead even 2, and you're putting less stress on the Battery, both at 12 watts.

I vape 3ohms at 4v and I can get three days out of a single 18650 AW IMR 2000mAh.

Great blogs and very helpful vendor list you have there. I even ordered some prepunched (and tested) cartos from valley vapes. I vape exclusively Bobas Bounty, for those who dont know, is an all VG juice and what is your recommended carto for this juice? Two laser drilled holes or one larger prepunched hole? Those laser drilled holes look small, will I need to widen them up with a nail/hammer?

I'm really looking for the BEST most effective no hassle cartomizer (pre punched or laser drilled) for Bobas Bounty. Anyone with experience with BB and cartos your feedback is welcome!

Honestly, I don't think ANY juice delivery device can effectively handle Boba's Bounty. At least the bottle that I have is thick as molassis. I've tool-punched (and for me to resort to that is something else!) three holes and also slotted twice with a dremmel.

The problem with Boba's is all the particulate matter that is in the juice. You can get it to the polyfill or wicking strings of a tank, but the particles in the juice will clog the polyfill or the strings effectively blocking the juice to reach the atomizer. After one tankful of juice, my cartomizer's polyfill was completely clogged. I even tried diluting the juice with water, still doesn't help that much. Thank goodness it's not one of my favorite flavors. It only gets tasted about once every two months, just long enough to remind me that I don't like honey graham crackers. :p

I've come to the conclusion that if you vape for Boba's Bounty, the only device that can work consistantly would be a bottom feeder box mod. No polyfill or string wicks to deal with, just direct dripping on a drip atty. That's my :2c: on Boba's.
