Hi and Welcome to ECF! Super T ELA, kayfun Lite, 28ga. Micro Coil and Cotton. I started a year ago with a Vamo 2 and home made 510 carto tanks and I still use it from time to time.

I cant seem to make a microcoil at low resistance. I've always wanted to make a .9-1.0 ohm coil but it always comes out at 2.0
I do 8 wraps 28ga kanthal

What are you wrapping the coil around? Decrease the internal diameter of the coil and the resistance will go down. I wrapped a microcoil earlier tonight around a 1/16" drill bit; 11 wraps of 28ga Kanthal ended up at around 1.6 ohms. Seven or eight wraps usually gets me in the ballpark of 1 ohm or so.

Personally I've moved away from microcoils with resistances that low. I just seem to get better flavors in the 1.5-1.6 ohm range, and the battery life of my devices is much longer. YMMV.

MVP2 with iclear 16d - yummy Poseidon from Cyclops though I have 3 other flavs I switch out. Waiting on my ProVari to get here but dang_it!...VapeRev is out of my Kayfun /faints
