There are starter kits available, but it's usually cheaper to put it together yourself. There's very little you need. What you do need is an idea of what sort of juices you like (tobacco type, fruit, drink, pastry) and get a few recipes you'd like to try. Then buy the flavorings you need for those. Buying a whole bunch of flavorings at once usually leads to not the ones you need, and a whole bunch you wish you never bought.
