Yep, I hear you as I certainly like the feel and look of single battery mods.... I used only single battery mods for years..... But, the problem I ran into was that when my vaping style changed and I desired more wattage, clouds and flavor, then the single battery mods just didn't cut it... If a person runs around just a mere 50 or 60 watts then they will be changing their batteries lots throughout a day.... That is why 21700 battery mods are good when you want to hold a charge longer.... So, even 60 watts will quickly discharge a single battery mod..... That is where the dual and triple battery mods shine.....

Most of the time I vape at 95 or 100 watts and a single battery won't last long (even a 21700)...... However, I have certain RTAs that because of the deck configuration/coils, I run them at about 35 watts... A single battery mod works great for such atomizers and for such wattage.....

Anyway, yes, single battery mods are some of my favorite, especially for low to mid power :)
I mostly use my MTL RTAs somewhere to 12.5 - 15 - 17.5 Ws, and with my single coils RDAs somewhere to 20 - 25 - 30 Ws so im pretty good... !

    What you think of squonkers?
A lot of people only use squonkers and nothing else...... The main reason is because while drippers are very good for flavor, people often get tired of having to drip and it sort of becomes a chore for them and so they go to a squonker, which has similar flavor to a dripper but without having to drip.........

Some folks like RDTAs which give a person the best of both worlds because you also do not have to drip...... (but you can if you want to) I personally LOVE RDTAs............ As for squonking, I do not squonk in any of my RDAs.... I just drip into the RDA...... I am home lots and not on the go much and so dripping works for me..... Also squonk mods often suffer from leaky bottles and fittings plus squonk mods tend to cost a bit more than non squonkable mods. But lots of folks here use them :)

    Those ^^^^^^ statements - - - are not true.

None of the bottles or 510's in my 28 squonkers leak.

Quality squonk mods can be found for cheap.

I paid $24 USD each for a couple Squeeze 2's.

Yep, sounds like you have things dialed in and figured out well......... When I am in MTL mode, I run about 18 watts or so depending upon what tank I am using........ The power I run when using my RDA depends upon if I am running a single or dual coil build ......... When running a single coil in my RDA, I vape anywhere from 35 to about 60 watts......... Most dual and triple fused coils run good in that wattage range. If you operate too low (say 25 watts) then there will be little flavor or vapor.... So if I run in dual mode then I simply multiply the power by two. So, in dual coil configuration I run anywhere between 70 through 120 watts or so.....

I drip daily. It is never a "chore" to drip.

    I squonk daily.

Similar flavor? Nope. A quality RDA on a squonker delivers the Very Same Flavor as Dripping.

Squonking delivers the same experience as dripping without having to drip.

Maybe you have had a different experience with squonkers than myself or others I know. I don't know..... Only reporting what I have seen...... I can provide links to various places for the cost of squonk mods vs non squonkables and then people can make up their own mind.... I am not saying that ALL of them are more expensive, but a good majority of the common brand names cost more.... I know tons of people who have trouble with squonkers leaking but on the other hand, as I already mentioned, lots of folks here love them. I have ZERO problems using squonkers and may even be using one now... Some of my devices are squonkable but personally I have had a few leakage issues in the past........... Some squonkers are very good and never leak.....

Yes, I also drip non stop and I also know plenty of people who detest drippers because they view it as a chore (their words)..... Ask them, not me because I love dripping and do not find it as a chore otherwise I would not be doing it.

    Hey vapers!

As everyone know theres quite a few different styles of vaping devices such as unregulated mods(mechs) or regulated mods(variable volt/watt),
    Then we have Squonkers
And also Stubby / Boro mods
    Or AIO...

What is everyone favorite devices of these and which one do you avoid?
Also do you prefer Tube/Pen/Single Bat style mods or Box mods?

Im getting interested into boro mods im new to vaping but from my understanding is that the tank you have sits inside the box mod it self instead of ontop right?
That seems so cool to me
are they popular in the community?
Big question with possibly a million answers.

I like the eLeaf, which some would call a regulated mod, but I think of a real mod as something that wasn't a vape and was turned into a vape by putting a battery in it, a "modified" object. The real original meaning of the word mod is something I don't recommend anybody do, and is at the heart of the explosions that have injured people badly. Personally I would never use anything requiring stacked batteries. I don't even want anything with two batteries in it.

So anyway, in my vapocalypse hoard I do have quite a few of the black plastic Bolt mods, empty tubes that take a single 18650 battery on a sturdy coil. I have a supply of safety fuses to go with them. They work with the tanks I use on the eLeaf. I like the warm feel of the plastic, the side firing button, and they are wide based enough to stand on their own like the eLeaf. I hope never to have to use them, but when I bought the first one and tested to see if it would fill in the gap if the nannies take away our regulated vapes, I found that one charge lasted a full 24 hours, nice.

I think I pretty much cleaned out the market of the plastic ones, but the pretty brushed metal ones are still available.

Finally, if I have a favorite mod, it's my original Kato Hammer (not clone), a museum quality etched vape device which uses a single battery and handles kind of like an e-pipe.

I like a little bit of everything; boros, squonks, mechs, and regulated. Most of my mods are single 18650 mechs, including mech boros and mech squonks. The rest are almost all single 18650 DNA60 or Dicodes v3 mods, couple mosfet. Single 18650 battery lasts long enough for me since I prefer mtl-rdl draw.

So my bridges/RTAs/RDAs are suited to that style with restricted airflow. My atomizer collection is overwhelmingly single-coil RDAs. I have a couple 21700 mods too though, and some series mechs. I only use mech tubes and drip at home, can't be bothered to take a bottle out with me.

I have one lipo boro and a couple pod mods for traveling by plane etc. Otherwise, I like to take my boro, squonk, and sbs regulated mods out of the house because they are pretty small and comfortable.

Boros in MTL are particularly nice because they can be fairly discreet. I love my RTAs, but none of my MTL tanks sitting on top of a mod is as discreet as a boro where the tank can be hidden behind a panel.

At the end of the day though, you have to try things out to find what you like best. It's different for everyone.

I favor dual 86250 battery mods.
86mm in diameter! :w00t: Two of them!

On a more serious note, I know what you meant.

OP, be careful traveling down the Boro/dotAIO road... the road goes deep into the forest where there lurks lots and lots of trolls hungry for your money, lol. That being said, they really are unique and fun to play around with.

Personally I prefer box mods It's what I almost always use. And I prefer dual 21700s even though I vape usually between 15 and 30 Watts I don't like anything that has to go higher than that. I generally like a cooler vape though mesh is just a touch too cool I'm fine with it I'd rather have a little bit too cool than too warm. And I like RBAs. I love sub ohm tanks that can take a rebuildable coil. A rebuildable single coil because I do not care at all for dual coil rebuildables. I bought a lot when I first started purchasing rebuildables and I haven't used a single one of them regularly. I value greatly not having to change my batteries often like once in the morning once at bedtime I'm good with any more than that and it's a failure

I am lucky if I don't have to recharge batteries every two hours LOL..... I am trying to transition into a more lower powered style of vaping but I first have to select a decent single coil atty and I have one in mind........... There are a couple of triple battery mods but they are too large and clunky for my liking... Dual battery mods are as large as I care to pack around....
