Favorite vape lost its throat hit!

Recently ordered my first big bottle of my favorite all day go to vape, Maxiboro from juicy vapor. Of course I now have 70ml of what seems to be a batch they forgot to add nicotine? It burns slightly on the exhale but NOTHING when inhaling. Tried my two favorite carto's clean but it still hits like the coil is dirty and there's a hole letting in too much air.

Oh. This is sad. I love my all day vape juice too.
Have you made sure to shake the bottle really well? Do you think it needs to steep awhile??
