FDA Finally Got one of my shipments!

I have been awaiting a very large order of e-liquid.
UPS handed it over to the FDA, and I have still not heard one word,
other than they looked at every single bottle, and are going to make a decision wheather to let in through, send it back, or worse yet
DESTROY IT!
Yes they can! What a nightmare!
Here is the UPS info as it stands:

Sorry to hear that. I have only had 1 instance of trouble so far, and my shipment was returned to the sender.

Thank you for the support. I don't like to spread rumors, as there have been so many about US Customs and the FDA.
However, I had to share this, as people need to know what we are up against! $1,500.00 is quite a bit to worry about!

I also tried to work it out with the seller, as I use Paypal for most of my orders, even though it costs more for the simple fact that I may be able to be reimbursed soon for non-delivery of goods.
The company I ordered from in NL said once they ship it is on me!
I am certainly willing to eat the shipping costs, but I know my customers will file disputes on me if I do not deliver the goods. Fortunately, I have always done what I must to ensure my customers have what they need.

And for anyone of you who are ordering as a supplier, reseller, or just ordering a significant amount from overseas, beware!
I recently looked at a lot of sites, like Eastmall.net & Central Trade for example. And they both say the same thing under the shipping page:
In simple english:
We ship to you.
If it makes it through our customs, it is now up to you!
If your customs stops, oh well not our fault you loose!
If customs sends back, we refund you minus the Shipping both ways!
Either way, this is getting to be worse than sitting at the Craps table!
