Both the FDA and Health Canada have toll free numbers setup for people to report side effects of using the e-cigarette, neither have toll free numbers setup to record positive user experiences of e-cigarettes use and the experienced health benefits. This should tell you something, the FDA and Health Canada are compiling reasons to present in their court battles for regulating or banning e-cigarette use. It is a one sided approach they are not concerned with the Health Benefits.
Please be careful what you post in the Health Section of this website and other websites that have similar sections as they can be used to benefit the FDA and Health Canada's cases against the use of ecigarettes.
It is important to share both positive and negative health effects of e-cigarette use.
Before positing consider the following:
Please make your self aware of the withdrawal symptoms associated with discontinuing the use of smoking tobacco products and the time period for said withdrawal symptoms. Don't confuse the withdrawal symptoms from smoked tobacco's 4000 plus chemicals with vaping usage.
If you are new to vaping, please don't jump on board and post outlandish statements, please consider all options and seek medical advice to determine the cause of your problem (it may have nothing to do with vaping).
If you feel strongly that vaping is causing this or that negative health effect and you continue to vape come back and report in the same thread a month later, six months later and a year later to let other's know whether or not that side effect still exists. Reporting your experiences over the long term is more beneficial to the community then simply stating an effect a day or two into vaping.
