They had a comment section, but stated it was moderated, and your comment would be published if approved by the moderators.

They asked us to register first.

I posted this in another forum, but after I saw this page thought it might actually fit better here...

I just read that SE is going to be adding vitamins to their carts. Unless I am wrong, caffeine enerrgy drinks are exempt from FDA approval because they toss in a few vitamins, making them fall under the 'health supplement' category.

If that is true, then couldn't this apply to ecigs as well?

I'm a fairly new person to this forum and I have read a lot of posts. But it seems the FDA is doing everything they can to stop electronic cigarettes from making it's name in the US. Pro e-cig comments and testemonials seem to be left off the FDA sites and it seems that every notion that e-cigs are safer is squashed like a bug. I've been watching this very closely as I still smoke analogs, but recently ordered a PV and I am hoping that it makes it to me. I watch with baited breath in hopes that my decision to switch is not going to be stamped out by the FDA or the new Waxman/Kennedy Bill. I hope to soon join the ranks with the rest of the e-cig community out there with my wife and good luck to us all.

I got them to except a comment because I did not say anything, except to suggest if they were not going to approve any comments why have a comment section. The comment showed up right away.

It would be interesting to leave one comment supporting the FDA's position, and see if they published that. If they did, it would make a good news story - i.e. selectively publishing comments. You'd probably also need a screenshot of you publishing an e-cigarette testimonial first as proof!
