My F-I-L said that no one should be writing emails of this level on their corporate or government computers, ...

This is a Good Point.

Because if you use a Companies’ or Government’s computer, you do Not have a "Right to Privacy" and the Owner of the Computer has the Legal Right to Read ANYTHING on the Computer.

Some people don’t know that in Exchange Server there is a Simple Check Box that an Exchange Server Administrator can check that say’s….

“Send a Copy of All Outgoing e-Mails to this Account”

One check in this Box and that Admin gets a Copy of Every e-Mail sent. Every e-Mail.

I didn't know that ....
Bet most people don't know about this either.

If your on-line ... there is NO privacy

Yeah, the first time I saw it, I was blown away. Just a Single Check Box on a Properties Tab.

And you would be Amazed at what people write in e-Mails at work.

Rule 23 of Privacy.

If the software your using has an Administrative Account and you can’t log on to it, you have no Privacy.
