This has to be one of Dr. Siegel's classics.

What would be an example of such a severe problem that it warrants reporting to the FDA? According to the medical branch chief in the Office of Science at FDA's Center for tobacco Products, such a severe problem would be something like if a cigarette "just smells or tastes wrong."

Dr. S's comment:

Perhaps the FDA Center for tobacco Products' slogan should be: "CTP: Protecting the Public from Cigarettes that Smell Wrong."

What one out of a few million is defective...let's lock down all the Li Ion's in EVERYTHING else shall we

Stupid people throwing everything at the wall they can to see what sticks...
Stupid because ignorance can be fixed by education, stupidity is being ignorant, NOT caring to learn, and acting anyway)

And it appears that they are going after the stuff in the juice not the batteries...but give em time...they will...
