Hello all... I'm new here. (big surprise, right) I've been lurking around the ECF for a week or so, and my Vapor4Life Ultimate Ultimatum Auto kit is on the way. I usually don't like to post on forums, but the people here are very helpful. You have made me feel like I may have a shot at quitting analogs. THANK YOU.
I feel like I am compelled to post, because of the absurd news from the FDA. (Sorry. No link, but there tons of threads with this news.) They are/have been trying to say that claims similar to my above comment imply that a PV or e-cig is a "drug" or "smoking cessation product", and therefore, subject to draconian (my opinion) FDA drug approval processes.
From my reading, I have read many positive testimonials about PV's. They appear to help many people. My first reaction is to call my congressmen and refer them to this forum, show them how many people think a PV has improved their family's quality of life. Should we try to bring attention to the ECF as evidence that PV's help people?
If the answer to my question is YES, then...
CALL your representative. Call your congressman (or woman). CALL someone.
We need to build consensus that the FDA should not over-regulate PV's.
Thanks for your time,
Nick
P.S: My kit shipped today. I'm really excited. I've been thinking about all of the times I would have vaped instead of smoked. It's ALOT.
