So does this mean they can put the same "sin tax" they put on regular cigarettes causing them to be 8-9 bucks a pack? I surely would hate to have to pay 250 bucks for a 50ml bottle of juice!
Fixed :p

Government's gotta get their cut right? Tax on top of tax on top of tax on top of tax... it's illegal for the rest of America to double, triple or quadruple+ tax items, but the good ol' government can do what they want.

I'm so glad I pretty much live off the grid and damn glad I left the US...

I just hope when the government steps in to tax juice that the suppliers will have to mix juice in a strict controlled environment. I'm sure at the moment some vendors homes look like .... labs. lol

Yeah i agree, i hope those vendors making crap tasting usa juice in their kitchen won't be laughing their way to the bank much longer.

The Food and Drug Administration can only regulate “e-cigarettes” as tobacco products and not as drugs, and thus cannot block the import.

FDA cannot block e-cigarette imports

I wish this were true, but they continue to block packages at U.S. customs. This is sickening.
