The way I see it, honestly the only thing they could really ban is flavored liquid. And I can think of a few easy work around's for that, juice venders will just sale the flavor concentrates, and a separate website could sale the unflavored nic, used for "organic pest control" or any other thing if they wanted to if they get really stupid with it. Even if they tired to ban PV's, I am sure there could be a ton of work around for that as well. Get a wooden box that holds a battery. Or even get yourself a personal fog machine (wizard stick etc) or just call PV's something else, like tobacco vaporizers (the ones that actually vaporize the tobacco leaf) and get the FDA out for good (but do not change the design) I do not see how they could prevent the sale of other things such as attys, cartos, tanks, etc since they are just simple electronic heating devices that can be used for other purposes as well. We will just have to become smarter and the learning curve would be much harder because there would be the "stated" instructions of use and the actual use.
Also, I am not sure how long nic can last, but Unless it breaks down into something else completely, I would be more then willing to vape "funky" tasting 2-3 year old nic as long as it keeps me from smoking. And, just using my common scene, since some cigars are aged 10+ years, I dont think nic breaks down. Im not a chemist so I could be wrong tho
