i have been vaping ecopure and heaven gifts winston, both 24mg

i really dont want to stop vaping but i'm thinking of goin back to analogues to see if there is any difference

I've read similiar here on the forum.

Some of your symptoms sound like "normal" quit smoking stuff - your lungs are starting to come back and get rid of the junk is the best way to put it.

Might want to try 18mg or event 12mg strength. Use the 24mg for morning and after meals and the lower strength for the rest of the day.

Also, try VG instead of PG based juice. PG is a mild irratant and some people are allergic to it. Recuded-PG is available from some ejuice vendors and VG based juice is becoming popular.

Drink 10 times the amount of water you use to drink. If you were like me - rarely drank water - that works out to about 4, 8oz glasses a day. See, your teachers were right :)

See a doctor. See a doctor. See a doctor.

And welcome to ECF !!!

I agree: it helps to drink more water than usual.

Also, if you feel like you have a cold of some sort, try something like Airborne (Walmart has its version, same ingredients, lower price), which is basically a vitamin and herb fizzy lozenge that you toss in a cup of water and drink like Alka Seltzer. It really gets vitamins into your system fast.

And, of course, if you're not already doing it, you might want to try getting more exercise. Your lungs will really clean themselves more effectively if you start placing greater demands on your system. At least, that's how it works for me.

If you're a former heavy smoker or have weight issues, you probably ought to see your doctor for advice.

Who knows, maybe you actually have a cold/flu like so many people who don't vape.

look up smoking cessation.. these are common effects of ur body ridding itself of all the poisons you inhaled for so long,,,,,with a lil bit of flu season mixed in :) Also, stick w.the heavens gifts winston til ur no longer sick, it has anti-germ (PG) properties, save the ecopure (VG) for when ur better! If you wanna try some awesome herbal juices, get some Lung Renewal Juice from Drew and Nhaler,com---really good stuff! (made to cycle n help clear the lungs)

I see that you are using ECOpure.. so you're already using (what is considered to be) one of the "best" VG liquids out there. So we're not talking about a PG allergy.

I am/was a heavy analog smoker, and have now become a heavy "vaporer". I know that when my body ws going through the original detox from the analogs, I was getting some weird symptoms. But for me they passed pretty quickly.... my lungs started to recover, my sense of smell (and taste) started to return.. and now I'd say that I have completely acclimated.

Hopefully you will have similar results.

Whatever you do, don't get discouraged. I'm amazed at the flu/cold symptoms so many get when they quit smoking. And the greater shortness of breath you wouldn't expect happens too. Just be patient, we all have to figure out what will work best for us (which device/which juice/etc) and to give our bodies time to adjust to being deprived of so many poisons. :D
