Since late last week been getting these lightheaded, spacey feelings. Then I get very tired and sleepy.
My sleep pattern has been messed up with feeling literally drop and sleep tired then waking a few hours later in the am hours and not being able to get back to sleep right away.
Noticed being a bit cranky too, but not like raging, just irritated.
I'm chalking it all up to being smoke free.
I don't usually have too much success doing searches on ECF, but got good results looking up health issues, thank goodness.

Then last week started getting canker sores. Also experiencing a change in taste, seems nothing I vape has any ta ste except the PG Marl flavor.
Now I did have an apparent issue with my atty at the same time so I' don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. One night everything I vaped had that burnt toxic taste.

I read a thread that mentioned getting juice in your mouth and using strong flavors that you are not used to can cause cankers to appear. I think this may be the case for me as just before the cankers and loss of taste sense occurred I got an order of juice with flavors I had never used before. I was tasting flavors left and right and of course flooded the atty and got juice in my mouth. Actually the first time I had ever done that.

Noticing the last two day that after vaping I seem to start feeling sleepy.

I'm thinking that maybe its time for me to stop chain vaping and getting a handle on my use. Trying to be patient and go with the flow, trying not to stress out, I know that it would not help at all with anything.

Guess I just needed to vent really, get it off my chest. Feels like a "when it rains it pours" situation right now. Just feels like everything is happening at once. Been reading through the threads in this section and gathering up all I can find posted, don't think there would be much more to add.

Just hate feeling so blah and down all the time.

I had a lot of the same symptoms when I first started vaping about 6 months ago and they all went away on their own. I don't know if was just my body adjusting to vaping or me experiencing withdrawal symptoms from analogs. It was probably a mixture of both. For me though, after keeping at it for a couple of weeks every symptom I was experiencing went away. I also ended up going down a level in nic since I was vaping so often and that also might have had something to do with it. I don't know if this helps you any, but that was my experience with it.

No really strong symptoms, but could tell that my body reacted to the change from cigarettes. Cough was no longer a hacking cough more a once and done. Havent tried too many flavors so hopefully wont have any issues like you did when I try a few. (I'll remember to take it easy and try not to get carried away.)

Are you monitoring your blood pressure?

Some on BP medications report that the switch caused their blood pressure to drop a bit too low. Doctor has been on me to quit, but nothing worked till vaping. I've been off my meds for some time due to diet changes, etc. But it was creeping back up so I'm monitoring it to see if vaping and getting back on my diet gets it back to normal instead of prehypertensive that its been for years. Low BP will really make you feel slugish and lightheaded.

Although initially it probably spiked since I too was chain vaping.

Never had BP issues but might stop and get it checked out. They got those free BP machines at the local CVS and Walgreen stores.

Doing it again. Earlier around 5pm felt so sleepy and laid down for an hour, but had to get up to make dinner etc. Went to bed at 9:30 and fell right asleep. Slept like a rock till midnight then woke up. Now wide awake and I know I will be for a couple of hours.
