I don't have any of those issues with my VVG, Batts are very stable once you slide the front door on they can't move, in fact I can shake the mod as hard as I can and the Batts won't move. love the small button and it's placement and so easy to fire, very easy. The voltage adjustment wheel is also pretty darn easy to move, and no issues with the 510 connector , everything i put on it fires right up. The VVG is purely a beast that will last anyone a lifetime and is built like a Sherman tank , just can't agree with you on this one sense field. In fact to such a point show me another metal VV feeder mod that's even on the market that comes close to the build of the VVG ???

SF, you are using 18350 IMR AW's and not 16340's right ??? I can shake my VVG as hard as I can and the AW 18350's won't even move, I can hear the bottle shake a bit but the Batts don't budge even a smidgen, when the door is on the 18350's can't move, at least in mine they can't move.

I was one of the lucky ones who got my REO Grand Vv about three months ago. I have never had a problem with the batteries shifting. I actually enjoy the tactile feel of the firing button. It is very easy to depress and has a nice clicky feel. I have used 510 and 306 attys as well as Smok Tech and Boge cartos and have never had a problem with the 510 connector on the VV Grand. I absolutely love this device.

Couldn't disagree more, I own two of the VV Grands and will be looking to buy a third in the near future. To answer the question, no the pin is not adjustable on this mod. I like how the button is recessed and not sticking out like a big zit. Also I to have never had an issue with the batteries kicking out like that. Not with 18350's. When I use 16340's in it I place a cart condom between the feed tube and the batts just to make sure as they are much smaller and could move a bit. It would seem that this mod just isn't for you. I guess you cant make everyone happy.

I think it's a terrific device, but since everyone has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to buttons, shape, feel, etc., I'd say this isn't the device for you. I've been using a VV Grand daily since this past May, and I never had an atty or carto not make a solid connection and the battery tilt would only happen when using 16340's and after having shaken or whacked it pretty hard. The voltage adjustment dial and the on/off switch are both rather difficult to get at with manly sausage fingers, but I just use a finger nail to flip it on or off (it stays on 99% of the time, tbh) and to also adjust the voltage. I appreciate the fact that the dial isn't "spinny". It always stays where I set it. I also consider it a much better alternative as opposed to having to carry a teeny screwdriver with you every where you take your PV.

It's durable, versatile, and performs exceedingly well.

You were dead on about the VV Woodvil being a kick ... device, so the video wasn't a total fail.

The pin does indeed move (NEVER caused me an issue thus far though, and trust me, I'm a fan) :)

Emris are you saying your pin doesn't move when you say its not adjustable? Or that its not intended to be moved?

The pin is not meant to be adjustable, screw in and out.

Guys there is a silicone insulator grommet in between the center pin and wall of the connector on a 510 and most all adapters/connectors, and why that pin turns and moves. That center pin shouldn't be messed with and moved around, simply because there is a soldered wire right next to it on the underneath wall of the bottom of the connector, you shouldn't ever really have to mess with that 510 connector ever, just my opinion, and I wouldn't be pulling that pin out and pushing it back in unless you want to risk breaking that solder joint down there next to the pin , again just my opinion (Cyrus) :)

I got two the wife has two,

I love the button and how it works over all. Wife loves it and if she did not I would sure have got an ear full by now LOL.

My suggestion is that you give Rob a call he may be able to go over some of your issues with you and help you out.

Rob is a good guy and is always willing to chat and welcomes peoples feed back.

you can find his contact info on his web site reosmods.com

I hope you get your issues worked out and can enjoy your VVG as much as many of us do.

The VV Grand, in my opinion, is the best mod out there today. It offers everything I want, all day juice supply, all day consistent voltage, and extreme hassle free ease of use. I've sold all of my other devices including my Reo Grands. I love the button placement and action, and I've never had an issue with batteries flying out. For any prospective VV Grand owners, but with confidence, and if for some reason you're not happy with it, I wouldn't mind owning another...
