It appears right wing watch has launched an attack on our Twitter efforts. My motives were brought into question because I only tweet about ecigs :facepalm:

That Twitter account is probably funded by some ANTZ or BT some how. RWWatch is just trying to discourage Vapers from taking action and doesn't like the attack we put on H3639 in Mass. Translation: They just told you what we are doing is working.

That account appears to be affiliated with People For the American Way. A non profit that received roughly 11 million in grant money last year.

Notice the organization's listed mission is "conducts research, legal and education work on behalf of FIRST AMENDMENT FREEDOMS DEMOCRATIC VALUES. "

Yet that account is attacking our first amendment rights and attempting to devalue our participation in the democratic process.

So, now what? I'm not too big into Twitter...I don't even understand some of the lingo and etiquette. I want to reply, but don't want my account to be suspended for spamming...or respamming, or whatever it's called.

Did Twitter send you a warning about spamming. Or did some jerk just accuse you? Just make minor changes to the listed tweets and you should be fine. I saw that guy go after you yesterday. I was trying to think of a good way to shut him up, but I was very busy at with yesterday. Not everyone can get paid to be on Twitter like that guy.

No, twitter didn't warn me.
I had been sending the tweets without making any minor changes. I won't do that anymore.

So whenever we send these tweets we have to make minor changes to them or they will be reported as spam?

Its better if you make minor changes in them but you don't have to. Most of the people that are getting mark as spam are new twitter accounts that Vapers just opened to participate in the Daily Action Plan. Those that where marked as spam got a warning and then nothing else happen to them.
